10.50-11.30 Scheduling: Time management/Reducing broken appointments and cancellations – Alex Nottingham
Nothing is as annoying as free slots in the schedule or a schedule which is too stressful.
How to reserve time for treatments which are fun and profitable.
How to manage no shows and disturbances in the schedule.
Alex will also show how the reception and team members can contribute to another great day in the practice.
All these questions will be adressed by Alex and you will go home with a greater insight and practical tools to improve your scheduling and profitability.
11.45-12.30 Phone verbal skills / GREAT call process – Alex Nottingham
The first contact with the patient is often by phone. Welcoming the new patient is an important part in creating a good relationship. Verbal phone skills can also make the difference when a patient wants to reschedule or cancel an appointment. The GREAT call process is a step by step process for creating a great customer experience.
You will get a clear step by step approach to help reception improving their phone skills.
13.30-15.00 Patient experience/Hospitality/Customer Service – Alex Nottingham
Loyal customers cancel less and are more likely to accept elective treatment. Hospitality creates loyal customers. How hospitable is the dentist? How welcome does the patient feel himself / herself in the practice?
Alex shows some easy ways to enhance the customer experience in the dental practice.
15.15-16.15 Case acceptance – Alex Nottingham
How can you improve the case acceptance?
Patients like to be healthy, but sometimes find difficulty in accepting the necessary treatments. Alex will review the 5 R’s of case acceptance including the mindset of the patient and the doctor. He will also discuss how to respond to objections.
Alex shows how to get the patient ready to say yes to the treatment they need and want.
16.15-16.30 Closing – Alexander Tolmeijer
The event will be organized on Friday 23rd of March. You can stay either in Amsterdam or Utrecht.
The venue is a 40 minute drive from Amsterdam or 15 minutes from Utrecht.
